 Our
President, Morris Bocian, brings over 30 years of strong
experience in the business financial arena to NowFinancing. His
passion and skill for helping small and medium-sized
businesses create and maintain a strong Cash Flow permeates
every aspect of his management style.
He developed his expertise during his years of assisting small and medium-sized businesses in a wide
multi-industry area. His extensive background in the accounting, financial and tax arenas includes positions with the Internal Revenue Service and Price Waterhouse & Co.
Bocian held the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Due Diligence Officer position with a national NASD Broker-Dealer and was the CFO for a real estate development company.
Bocian uses his financial knowledge and expertise to assist his clients in evaluating the financial ramifications and risks of significant transactions. He then guides them in structuring and negotiating the transaction – assisting them in obtaining the financing needed to accomplish their goals.
As a financial advisor, Bocian has participated in over $200,000,000 in transactions that have been consummated, and he has negotiated and/or restructured over $150,000,000 of indebtedness.
He also functions as a “Rent A CFO” for various small businesses that need the financial acumen of a CFO, yet typically cannot afford a full-time CFO.

The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Prosperity -- Financing Your Small
Business, Bocian has also written and published dozens of articles relating to financing and cash flow management. He is a part-time lecturer and conducts workshops on Business Financing for the Entrepreneur for several organizations, including the Small Business Administration (SBA) and SBDC. As an adjunct faculty member at NYU School of Continuing and Professional Education, he teaches his principles of financial management.
Bocian also serves on the Board of Advisors of several companies, helping them maintain clear financial aspirations.
